Clinical Director – Pure Periodontics
Neesha is the Clinical Director at Pure Periodontics and a Consultant Periodontist at Kings College Hospital, London. She has worked both in general practice and hospital settings, including restorative dentistry and oral and maxillofacial surgery. During this time she gained post graduate qualifications from the FGDP of The Royal College of Surgeons of England and has since gained a Masters in Clinical Dentistry (Periodontics) from Queen Mary University, with Distinction. In addition, she has successfully completed the Membership in Restorative Dentistry of The Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh examination and as such she was awarded specialist status by the General Dental Council. Her extensive training has seen her awarded the worthy title of Specialist Periodontist in London. Neesha also lectures extensively on continuing education courses.

Ms Kirstie Thwaites

Lead Hygienist - Pure Periodontics
Since gaining her initial qualification from the University of Leeds in 2006, Kirstie has continued to invest in her knowledge and training, in 2013 she completed a two year post graduate programme in Enhanced Clinical Periodontology at Kings College Hospital London. In 2012 she was the recipient of the Young Dental Hygienist & Therapist of the Year award. She has been on the BADT council as both Editoral member and Ordinary member.
Kirstie has experience of working in both general practice, specialist practice and hospital based settings. She currently works in private practice, previously she was the Programme Lead for the BSc Oral Health Science programme at the University of Essex.
